Aiming to build an increasingly close relationship and promote greater integration between your operations and international teams, Itaú Unibanco decided to consolidate the services to large corporate clients in all countries where it operates under a single brand: Itaú BBA. So, now Banco Itaú Europa, S.A. changes its name to Banco Itaú BBA International, S.A. and BIE - Bank & Trust Ltd. to Itaú BBA International (Cayman) Ltd. The changes do not generate any impact on operations.
